Photoshop on Apple products are not much different than on Windows computers. However, there's ofcourse always a difference with the interface of the computers. The exit, minimalize and maximize buttons are on the left, for example, and for Windows they are on the right. Also the buttons in Photoshop could appear on your left instead of your right, as well as some other mixed up settings. As far as that goes Photoshop on Apple products is pretty much the same as on a Windows computer.

Photoshop on iPad

There is an app for the iPad that's simular like Photoshop. In fact, there's multiple apps that claim to be just as good as Photoshop. You could edit your photos right on your iPad!

Photoshop on iPhone and iPod

Same goes for Photoshop on iPhone and iPod. There's no such thing as an actual Photoshop app, however there are many apps out there that do just the same as Photoshop.

It's fairly easy creating buttons in Photoshop. You could try making a simple button by creating a shape, first. Say, for example, you have a rectangular. If you double click the layer it'll show up the effects you can add on the layer. If you tick "bevel and emboss" you can play around with the settings untill they're to your liking. Add colours, shades and much more until it looks like an actual button.

It's vital to save your documents in Photoshop every now and then. Photoshop runs smooth most of the time, however, it could be a bit jittery and just "quit unexpectedly" every now and then. All your documents will be gone if that happens. It's important to save. A nifty shortcut to save your Photoshop document is control+S on a Windows computer and Apple+S on a Mac computer.

With Photoshop you can fight any aging problem, such as wrinkles and spots. Even if you're going bald you can fix that with Photoshop. There's a tool called the smudge tool which you can find in Photoshop. It's worth looking for, really. If you want to fill that bald patch with a beautiful set of hairs you could just copy a selection of your own hair, paste it into the bald spot and move the smudge tool over te ends of the hairs to extend them and make them look more natural.

In the end that spark of creativity may be all you needed to create an awesome photomanipulation, a good looking webdesign or a nice logo.

If you have a picture of a beautiful young woman or a handsome lad, especially a close-up, you might want to give your image a little twist. You can do this by putting a nice accent on the eyelashes or eyebrows (or both). You can use the burn tool in Photoshop to make eyelashes and eyebrows thicker and darker. You can change how thick and dark you want it to be. This is especially a nice effect when you want to make the make-up in the picture to be more present.

Tip: Use the dodge tool for the eyes! Play around with the tool and it'll make the eyes really sparkle.

Many of you may not know how to add layers in Photoshop, an essential skill you definitaly need to know if you want to make things in Photoshop like Photoshop manipulations. Here you'll find steps, helping you to add layers in Photoshop:

You will have one layer, your background layer, to begin with. To add another layer you should go to the layer menu, which is in the above section of Photoshop.
Webshop designs the same as website designs?
I know the term seems quite confusing, but webshop designs are not the same as website designs. If your website is a webshop, however, then it's pretty much the same. If you run a regular website that's not a webshop then it's not the same.

Lately I’ve realised that it seems like our website is built and written for customers. Clients. Robots, almost. I want to get a few things straight. We do not try to pressure you into buying our products. We offer you free stuff and if you like what we offer, you could try one of our products and see how you’ll like it. We are human, you are human and we’re trying to get our website written for humans as well.

Simplicity is key

We don’t know much about marketing strategies at all. We know about people. We’re hoping we can put our people-knowledge into our website to make it appeal to you, and not the customer we wanted to attract at first glance.

Our website is simple. It’s for the simple minded that want to learn all about Photoshop and designing in a quick and easy way. That’s not marketing-talk. That’s straight up the essence of our website. So we invite you to have a look around, pick a fun Photoshop tutorial and have your way with it. Own that tutorial. Work it like Tyra Banks works the catwalk on a regular basis. Most importantly, have fun with it. Ofcourse if you have any questions about your tutorial, the text that’s on our website or our website on it’s own, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Hello, Sara! Or Ben, or Jimmy, or...

We realize that maybe you’re not interested in what we have to say. I write for a certain group, certain people and it may not appeal to all of you. I like to pretend I’m talking to somebody of that group, just one person. Right now I’m writing to a single woman in her twenties, named Sara. Sara’s just done with college and is looking to get into designing this very moment. She found us via Google. So hello Sara, welcome to our website. I hope you have a great time exploring our tutorials. To all of you that are not named Sara, you’re just as welcome as she is. Wander around. Take your time to explore.
